Hi! I’m Richard. I am an internationally experienced leader gained through 20 years’ of driving change and business transformation in a FTSE 100 multi national organisation and management consulting roles. My career spans operational finance and commercial roles and large scale, complex global IT deployments.
As a consultant I’ve helped organisations review their strategy, introduce structural change, deliver performance improvements and establish Programme Management Offices. I have worked across all levels of organisations, including C-suite. I also built and launched my own start up business by raising £0.5m funding.
Without doubt, the most enjoyable part of my career has been the chance to lead and create high performing teams and to help individuals develop and become more successful.
I love helping people by unlocking challenges, reframing and changing mindsets and helping people discover their passion and fulfil their potential.
Through my own experience of receiving executive coaching I have discovered so much about myself. It has unlocked an incredible, and never ending, voyage of self discovery and expanded awareness. I have clearer values, a greater sense of purpose, balance and perspective and more curiosity about how our brains work.
I am fascinated by positive psychology and the evolving research on neuroscience and neuroplasticity - the way our brains continue growing and evolving in response to life experiences.
This interest, together with the powerful analogy of the beautiful transformation into a butterfly, fuse together perfectly to form the Evolve logo. I am passionate about using my ongoing learning to help develop the extraordinary leaders of tomorrow.
I am married with three children. I live in west London, love good coffee, walking along the river and cooking (then eating) authentic Thai food.
When I’m not helping to build Lego sets, or reading and learning you’ll probably find me on a squash court or golf course!

Through my Executive Coaching studies at Henley Business School I will soon become accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Association for Coaching (AC) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).
